oh this is pretty interesting. the rain texture or effect goes well for the windswept look of your hair. i think you kept a lot of the emotional appeal because of the ability to see the eyes more clearly than the rest of the photo, which in a way compliments the out of focus areas of the photo.

i recall you saying this was an old one you had a hard time editing it. i think you did a decent job. :)
